How It Works
- You sign. Your contract, and authority to act for you.
- The request goes out. To your GP practice, on your behalf.
- Your record arrives. Practices usually reply within a week.
- Processing and Organisation. Handwriting transcribed, everything structured.
- Delivered to you. Sent securely, and yours to keep.
- Checked, then deleted. You verify it; we erase our copy.
Before any of this, there is an optional introductory call with no commitment.
