A Form from Memory Isn't a Medical History
Overseas clinics ask every new patient the same thing: your medical history. Most people answer from memory, on a form: decades of medications, reactions, results and diagnoses compressed into whatever comes to mind that day.
The real record exists. Your UK GP record holds the consultations, prescriptions, test results and referral letters going back decades. But released raw it's hundreds of pages, part handwritten, part garbled software export: not something you can put in front of a busy clinician and expect them to absorb.
And it takes time to obtain: records requests have a legal response window, and treatment dates don't wait. The moment to sort your record is when you book the treatment, not the week before you fly.
What You Receive
Your complete GP record exactly as your practice released it, alongside a set of documents written from it: your health story in plain English, what's being managed now, a clinical timeline, and a referenced summary, with every significant fact citing the page it came from. Handwritten notes are transcribed into readable text.
That page-referencing is what sets the pack apart from a self-reported form: any fact can be checked against the source in seconds, instead of being taken on trust.

Practices often respond within a week or two, and legally have up to a month. We handle the follow-ups and chasing.

Easiest Started Well Before You Travel
Records requests have a legal response window, and organising and checking your pack takes time on top: starting around eight weeks before your treatment date means everything is ready with room to spare. It's not a hard deadline, though: delivery is digital, so your pack can reach you wherever you are. If your date is close, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

A flat fee of £399 including VAT for the whole service: the request, the chasing, the transcription, the organised pack, and aftercare. One payment, made after your pack is delivered. No deposit, no subscription.

Questions People Travelling for Treatment Ask
What does the clinic actually get?
Nothing, unless you choose to share it: the pack is delivered to you, not to any clinic. You receive your original GP record exactly as released, typed transcriptions of the handwritten notes, and the organised, page-referenced documents written from it. What you share, and with whom, is entirely your choice.
How long does it take?
Most of the elapsed time is waiting for your GP practice to release the record: often a week or two, legally up to a month. Organising, writing and checking your pack follows. Starting at least eight weeks before your treatment date keeps the whole process comfortable.
What if my treatment date is soon?
Get in touch before assuming it's too late. The timeline mostly depends on how quickly your practice releases the record, and if you already hold your record, most of the wait disappears. If it genuinely can't be done in time, we'll say so plainly rather than take the job.
Do you translate the pack?
No: everything we produce is in clear English, and a clear, organised English pack is what many international clinics work from. If your clinic requires a certified translation, a well-organised source document makes that far quicker and cheaper to commission than a raw record.
What does it cost?
£399 including VAT, payable after your pack is delivered. No deposit, no subscription, and no payment at all until you have the finished pack.
